1. General Terms

• These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Best Dog Training Academy, including Board & Train, Day Training, consultations, and any other related services.

• By using our website or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.

• Best Dog Training Academy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Training Services & Expectations

• Our training programs focus on behavioral improvement and obedience training, but results vary depending on the dog’s temperament, consistency in training, and owner follow-through.

• Owners are responsible for continuing the training at home and reinforcing learned behaviors.

• We do not guarantee 100% behavioral transformation or permanent results, as training is an ongoing process.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• A deposit of $200 is required upon completing the intake form and scheduling to hold a spot. The remaining payment is due by the end of the training program.

• Deposits, when applicable, are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service start date are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to trainer availability.

• In cases where financing options (Affirm/Klarna) are used, payments are subject to the lender’s terms.

4. Liability Waiver

• While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of all dogs in our care, Best Dog Training Academy is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or behavioral regressions that may occur during or after training.

• Owners acknowledge that training and boarding environments may involve minor risks, such as interactions with other dogs and outdoor training settings.

• In the case of medical emergencies, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner. If immediate care is needed, the owner agrees to cover any veterinary expenses incurred.

5. Trainer Conduct & Client Responsibilities

• Trainers will provide professional, ethical, and humane training methods.

• Clients are expected to follow trainer guidance and implement training techniques at home.

• Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior by a dog may result in service termination without a refund.

• Owners must disclose any prior aggression, behavioral history, or medical conditions before training begins.

6. Photo & Video Release

• By using our services, you grant Best Dog Training Academy permission to take photos and videos of your dog for training documentation, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes.

• If you wish to opt out, please submit a written request before training begins.

7. Intellectual Property & Website Protection

• All content on this website, including text, images, logos, training materials, and videos, is the exclusive property of Best Dog Training Academy and is protected by copyright laws.

• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any materials from this website, including training programs, videos, or written content, is strictly prohibited.

• Any misuse or unauthorized sharing of proprietary training techniques, written materials, or digital content may result in legal action.
